Return Policy

Our Policy is....You must contact customer service for a Return Authorization number for any web order returns. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of order.

Include your name and a list of the items you would like to return. Please note that all requested return items must be in new, unused and unwashed condition with tags still attached. After Return Authorization is received, return the approved items by UPS (do not reverse collect, returns sent this way will not be accepted) or USPS to:

Refunds, exchanges or store credits will not be issued until the returned merchandise is received and inspected by our returns department. Any deviation from these policies can result in a delay of your refund, exchange or store credit. Please note: you must pay the shipping fee for any exchange items.

Shipping Policy
- Shipping charges are a minimum of $10.00 and gradually increase for orders over $100.00.
- In case of any manufacturer backorders, you will receive a phone call and e-mail notifying you of the change.
- Shipping inaccuracies (wrong size, color, etc.), defective merchandise or shortage claims must be reported within 5 days of order receipt.

At this time we would prefer any orders to faxed to us or called into our office. All faxes are emailed immediately for our notification
